This Shipping Policy explains how JC LAND prepares and delivers your orders. All timeframes below are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing Time

• In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Handmade or made-to-order pieces may require 3–7 business days of production time before dispatch.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, together with tracking information where available.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

• Priority / Express: approximately 3–7 business days.
• Standard (tracked): approximately 7–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and depend on the destination country and courier performance. Holiday periods and customs may add time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

International Orders and Customs

For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs policy before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate with the courier for you.
