We want you to be happy with your JC LAND purchase. This policy describes how to request a return or refund and what you can expect.

Return Conditions

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
• All tags, certificates or accessories are intact.
• The item is returned for reasons such as a manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or change of mind in accordance with this policy.
• Customized or made-to-order pieces and items that have been altered may not be eligible unless defective.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer service team through the "Customer Service / Support" page in your account or via the Contact Us page, provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Do not return items without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Processing and Inspection

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions above. Return inspection and processing generally takes 2–5 business days.

Refund Timing

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
